Welcome to Drain Pro Plumbing! By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. Definitions

1.1. “Company” refers to Drain Pro Plumbing, located at 831 Shamrock Street, Victoria, B.C., V8X2V1.
1.2. “Client” refers to any individual or entity that engages the Company for plumbing services.
1.3. “Services” refers to all plumbing-related work, including but not limited to maintenance, repair, installation, and inspection, provided by the Company.

2. Scope of Services

2.1. Drain Pro Plumbing provides residential, commercial, and emergency plumbing services as outlined on our website at www.drainproplumbing.ca.
2.2. The specific scope of work will be detailed in a written estimate provided to the Client prior to the commencement of services.

3. Estimates and Pricing

3.1. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
3.2. Pricing may vary based on unforeseen circumstances discovered during the course of the work. Any additional costs will be communicated to and approved by the Client before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, debit card, and e-transfer.
4.3. Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1. Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

6. Warranties and Liability

6.1. Drain Pro Plumbing guarantees its workmanship for a period of 1 Year from the completion date of the service.
6.2. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications by the Client or third parties.
6.3. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the services provided.

7. Client Responsibilities

7.1. Clients must ensure that the work area is safe and accessible for the Company’s personnel.
7.2. Clients are responsible for disclosing any known issues or hazards related to the plumbing system prior to the commencement of work.

8. Emergency Services

8.1. Emergency services are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
8.2. Clients will be informed of any additional charges before emergency services commence.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
10.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, B.C.

11. Amendments

11.1. Drain Pro Plumbing reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

12. SMS Communications

12.1 By signing up, you agree to receive information and promotional messages from DrainPro Victoria, including appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile provider for details.
