We’ve had lots of work done with this company (toilet install, plugged sink, pipe leaks) and have had very positive experiences. The company is very responsive in general and easy to communicate with. We’ve usually worked directly with Slater and have found him to be efficient and professional. Would highly recommend!

Drain Pro offered me same day service, but I had to postpone for a couple of days. When the plumber Jaeson arrived, he was very efficient. He brought the correct replacement small hot water heater for under our kitchen sink, and installed it and tested it, with excellent results. We would recommend Drain Pro.

Had our hot water heater pop a leak. Called Drain Pro and 2 hours later the Technician arrived and measured what was needed, due to our tank being in a tight spot. He was back in less than an hour and 1 hour later the new tank was in operation. These guys are fast and great to work with. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you might have.

They really came through to fix our stopped kitchen drain when others said they could not come for a week. Amazing service and they managed to clear the clog in short order after I spent 2 days with a powered snake to no avail. Reasonable pricing too. THANKS

Austin was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable and kind to my elderly mother. He fixed the original issue regarding the perimeter drain and was also able to unclog a bathtub drain in the 1 hour time frame costing my mom below what she was expecting. Will definately use them again in the future.

I called Drain Pro when I had a repeat on a clogged kitchen sink. They came first thing in the morning, on time, polite, and cleaned up after themselves (in sharp contrast to another plumber). They listened carefully, replaced pipe to make sure that wasn’t causing the problem, and explained everything they had done. I highly recommend them!

We were impressed with the speedy service Drain Pro provided to address our clogged kitchen drain over a long weekend no less! We called late Saturday afternoon and were scheduled for a service call the following afternoon. John-Michael Slater arrived a half hour early and got right to work on the blocked kitchen drain. Used Drain Pro Plumbing to inspect our sewer line which we thought was cracked. The inspection showed not only that it is indeed cracked but that it was also clogged 80 feet down the line. They unclogged the blockage, tested the line and will most likely be back to repair/replace the sewer line (once I get the estimate). They responded to our initial call promptly and sent their technician as soon as they could, preventing our small leak from becoming a bigger mess.
