Used Drain Pro Plumbing to inspect our sewer line which we thought was cracked. The inspection showed not only that it is indeed cracked but that it was also clogged 80 feet down the line. You can but we wouldn’t recommend it. These drain cleaners often contain harmful chemicals that pollute the water and cause extra wear to plumbing pipes. If the blockage is especially large and stuck in place, you will probably end up using more drain cleaner to try and solve the problem, putting more harmful chemicals into the water and doing more damage to your pipes. Even then there is no guarantee that it will remove those extremely stubborn clogs.
