John worked very hard to solve our drain blockage. We have an old house and the plumbing is unconventional but he persisted and was able to clear it.

I woke up on a weekend morning discovering a water pipe leak in my washroom. I called another plumbing company’s 24hr emergency line twice, but was not able to get a hold of anyone. I then called Drain Pro’s 24hr Victoria line, someone answered my call immediately, advised me to turn water switch off, and dispatched a repair job for the afternoon. After I hung up the phone call, I got an email confirming that a repair job has been dispatched.

Dustin showed up in the afternoon and was very professional. He identified the leak in the first few minutes and explained what he is going to do. He went to home depot to get some parts and came back within 10 minutes. He then fixed the leak within 20 minutes. This is my first time using Drain Pro Plumbing. I am very impressed with their customer service and work quality. The price they charge is very reasonable for a weekend call. I would recommend Drain Pro to everyone and will definitely use them again for my future plumbing needs.
